Through lobbying, educational programming, dissemination of education materials, and the organization of community and charitable events, Jack and Jill of America, Inc. continues to promote the public awareness and interests of children including child development, child growth, child quality of life, child care and the promotion of children’s rights.

Located in the Mighty East Region, the Pittsburgh Chapter strives to develop young African American leaders inspired by our regional theme: “Empowering Families for Success.” Through our Signature Presentation Ball, “Elevate” Programming, service to the Pittsburgh region, and our child advocacy, the Powerful Pittsburgh Chapter Mothers and Families are dedicated to nurturing future leaders for success.
It is my esteemed pleasure to serve as the President of the Powerful Pittsburgh Chapter and I am excited to continue our legacy through the 2019-2020 theme: B.L.I.N.G. “Building Leaders – Inspiring Next Generations.” I am truly blessed and honored to serve with the dedicated, distinctive, and dear Mother Members of the Pittsburgh Chapter and look forward to us sharing our collective passions, talents and resources to develop Powerful Programming that addresses the unique challenges that impact our African American youth.
